Heater Stoppped Working

Hi

came in from work today and the tanks running at 21 instaed of the 26/27 that its normally running at.

Ive checked the fuse on te heater plug and its fine.
The tanks a juwel vision 180, with the filter and heater box in the back right corner, do these heaters have a light on them to show when they are working? If not is there a way to test they are working ok?

If you want to test if it's working, put your hand close to the bottom of it, under the water, and if you feel some form of heat then it's working.
