Heater Size

I am setting up a small tank (18litres) for my newly born guppy fry and want to ask what size heater to get/.

I was thinking 50w but the bloke in the LFS said it would be too much and should get a 25w instead. There is only £1.00 difference in the price so am unsure what to do. I am going to add a small air powered filter that is good for 70litres and will cover the inlet with a pair of women's tights to stop the fry getting sucked in.

I currently only have 3 fry but my other female is also pregnant and want to put her in the breeding tank asap
any advice would be appreciated folks

i have a 50 watt in my fry tank thats 15l, haven't had a problem with it so far

Either will be fine, I would get the 25watt one, But if its just a pound difference get the 50. As then it may come in handy in the future . But either or will be perfectly fine in a tank like that.
