Heat And Filtration Problem.

My Fluval internal filter has packed up and I think the heater has too (after a 'power cut' the other day). They're only 2 years old!

Changed the fuses just to make sure. Nothing.

How long will the fish survive without adequate filtration and heat (tropical set-up)? The air stone is still working.
