Last night I opened plug on overflow box sucked a bubble out. Went sat down watched tv. Now my tank is built into my wall. I glanced over and realised my lights were off and then noticed water pouring down front of tank. OMG THEN EVER WENT OFF. Pumps the lot. Then it hit me did not close plug on over flow so air got in siphon stopped return pump just kept pumping water in main tank shorted everything. 
had to rewrire everything.
