Healing Fins

My betta got her fins badly nipped in my ten gallon so I took her out and her fins are shredded up and she won't even look at me. I think she's angry that I put her in that situation and let her get hurt. Well my question is how do I heal her fins? Will they ever look as neat as they did before?
