Fish Crazy
So I bought some HC from my lfs on driftwood so when I got it home after a few days some had come disconnected so I replanted it in to my substrate. I eventually put a hairnet over the driftwood. my second problem is keeping the HC planted iin the substrate. I am planting it in single strands kind of by eachother but when my fish sleep they lay and or swim by it which uproots it. So I was thinking that maybe I coluld cut a soem holes in those lids that come on API test kits, the holes would b for water circulation and put that over my HC so that it wil have time to root. Do you think that this idea could work?
