Hc And Or Glosso Carpet

what will be better to use so the glosso and or hc wll send runners and create a carpet i can either use sand or peagravel which one

I am using Glosso because the leaves are bigger

Personally i'd go for HC i think it looks better and is generally considered easier to grow, both will give you a nice carpet your looking for.

lol guys i have both plants what im asking is what substrate they will root and send runners in best sand or peagravel which one wil they send better runnners thro
