Having trouble breeding fancy guppies

Recently I bought a fancy male guppy and a femle guppy. I put them in a 10 US gallon established tank with a zebra danio and bloodfin tetra. After a couple of days the female died, so I took her back and exchanged for another, and bought another so I had 2 females and 1 male. Again, within a few days both females were dead. A week or two later, the male died, so I gave up for the time being. Thoughts?

Have you tested your water resently??

Guppies are not as hardy as people think they are.

could be something they got at the store. and brought with them. ive heard of guppies carrying viruses and them dying.

I would say water conditions or an uncycled tank both of which can be fixed .... If it is a completely new tank then I agree with wolf guppies really aren't all that hardy as ppl think ....My brother just got lucky throwing 3 of them in a uncycled tank and they have been fine
