A dojo fish they seems a little off got him/her from petco and2-4weeks later it started to notice it sinks when trying to seem fast forward 2 months it now can swim but sometimes it can swim stright or in a spiral and then it floats upside down but when I feed the fish it come to the surface right away to eat then goes back to floating I took it to get seen no one knows what’s wrong with it idk if it’s suffering so should I leave it or put it down I’m unsure and don’t wanna kill a fish if it’s not suffering but clearly something wrong and answer???

That doesn't look good. Please tell us about your tank. Is it cycled? I'm guessing this is a water quality issue. For now, I recommend a water change. Be sure to dechlorinate the water and add water the same temperature as the water you remove.

Also, if I may advise, please use punctuation. Your post above is really hard to understand.
