Hi people.
I have noticed this white poo on a few occasions and have only just been able to get an image of it.
Is it worms and what cure can I use?
I haven't got a hospital tank (I live in a VERY small flat) so I will have to treat the whole community.
The tank was set up in mid November with fish - I didn't do my research and ammonia has been zero since bout 10th December.
Tank size:60 ltrs
pH:7.2
ammonia:0
nitrite:0
nitrate:15ppm
kH: no idea
gH:no idea
tank temp:about 24 C
Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):fish are all acting normally
Volume and Frequency of water changes:10 ltrs each 10 days or so
Chemical Additives or Media in your tank
lant food once a week and aqua safe when doing water changes
Tank inhabitants:5 guppies,3 platys,1 dwarf gourami,2 otos and a few platy fry.
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration):added 3 guppies about a week ago
Exposure to chemicals:none as it's a covered tank
Forgot to mention that one of my platys seems to have been pregnant for at least 6 weeks.I have found 7 or 8 fry (I guess they are hers) but she never got any smaller and looks like she is going to drop again soon. The blue on pictured here also looks pregnant(but is smaller than the other female)
Hope this all helps.
Many thanks,Malfie
