Hatching Brine Shrimp

Need to know about hatching brine shrimp I put my eggs and salt in water with an air stone and it has been 2 days how do I know when the shrimp are hatched and how do I seperate the shells from them (I heard shell ingestion is not good)?

You ill see little brine shrimp swiming around.

They will swiim owards light and the egg cases will sink so you put them under a light and siphon the egg cases out from under them
BBS are only good for a few hours however and then they become absolutely worthless as they are small and lack nutrition.
