I've not used them, but TBH, their prices seem really high! There are many other online aquatic shops to choose from. One that I've come across, and will be ordering from soon is plantedtanks.co.uk. Have a look at them, their prices are very good, and I've heard good reviews, although I haven't purchased from them yet, so I can't comment personally.

With my last planted tank I used Birstall, (a few years ago now) the plants were in excellent health (Tropica brand) when they arrived in Northern Ireland, hopefully I will be using them again (providing they have my desired planting list in stock)this time around.
