Just wondering whether anyone has purchased the following CO2 unit

The SÖCHTING CARBONATOR delivers pure CO2 for your aquatic plants with a unique combination of advantages, like no other CO2-system:
- without electricity and cables

- without bottles of gas, regulator and tubes

- without disturbing gases under the diving bell

- continous and daily dosing of ca. 1 g pure CO2

- for more than 4 weeks

- for aquaria up to 250 litre

- compact and discreetly designed

- moderately priced CO2 refill packages

Approx sizes are 15cm high x 10cm diameter dome.

i have seen this in action and a local plant hobbyist says its good, altough ive never tried it personally, i believe its only as efficient as upturned bell diffusers.... i guess if your going for PPM of co2 in the 10-20 range it MIGHT do

i believe that for bigger tanks you would have to use more carbonators to supply enough co2.... refulls are very cheap IMO
