Ya so you see the great thing about working at a fish store is you see the accidental shipments that come (occassionally shipers throw the wrong fish in th ebag). Well this time I got lucky and found what I believe to be Betta bellica or slender betta (for you none sci name people). I'm trying to get a pic but I was wondering if anyone has had experience with these guys. Right now I have him (i think its male) in my small planted community tank with a sailfin molly, a green panchax, and a pair of nothos, and a few cory elegens. Hes kind of entertaining but a little scrappy with the panchax. I'd love to post a pic, but not only is he hard to take a pic of (not very fond of bright light) ubt my stupid computer doesn't like to handle photos over the internet. Actually if anyone knows how to fix this on a mac that would be helpful too.

I used to breed B bellica. They are a lovely fish and can be kept in a group in a big enough tank. I love the way they sway as they swim/lurk.
