Harlequin Rasbora

I just noticed a few moments ago one of my Rasbora's (I have a school of six) has some white fuzz on him. My water parameters are good. I tried to take a picture of it but it isn't coming out on the camera as I hoped. Any ideas on treatment?

All my other Rasbora's look good and the one with the fuzz is acting normal.

I"ve been reading the stickies and it seems it's just fungus. Will Melafix take care of it?

Where is it on the fish as if it looks fluffy it sounds like columnaris.
Also size of tank would be good, how many fish and which type, plus water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.

15 Gallon tank,
6 Rasbora's, 1 Neon, 3 Cory's, 3 Otto's, 4 Ghost Shrimp.

Ph 8.0
Ammonia 0
Nitrite .25
Nitrate 5.0

I do 5 gallon water changes twice a week. Which I did one today and the next one is on Tuesday.

Abit overstocked, plus you have a nitrite reading how long has the tank been set up, and what filter are you using, as if its been set up a while you need another filter in the tank as the one you have not coping on its own.
Are you doing gravel vac as plecs soon can mess the gravel up as they are big waste producers.
