Hardy Plants

Hi all,

I'm just starting out and was hoping for some advice on plants.

I have a Fluval Vicenza 180L tank with 2 x 24 watt T5 strip light canopy lights, standard gravel base, and NO co2 system.

I would like a variety of plants in the tank (& moss maybe??) that would manage ok without the addition of substrate and co2 systems, maybe just a few root tabs!!

Any recomendations and/or links to good reliable websites where they can be purchased would be very much appreciated.
