...to me wut's da difference? as long as u having a test kit and making sure everything is okay for da fish...wut's da difference...oh and if u have a fish that has ick..does it means dat u don't have the water right fro the fish?
ICK isn't a water quality thing in itself but bad water quality can cause stress which can make fish more susceptible to it. Hardy fish are ones that can tolerate changes in water condtions and quality IMO. There are some fish that need to have their parameters closely monitored and any slight change will make them sick or kill them.
