hardnes/Buffer/pH test

I just did a "complete" strip test on my tanks, and the scores were:

Nitrate: 0
Nitrite: 0
Hardness: 120
ppm: 80
pH: 6.8

What do these last 3 mean?

EDIT: the tank is still being cycled so there are no fish, if this explains something.
