Hard To Kill

We dont have much luck with fish right now. I cleaned the tank and all the numbers for the water are right. Weve got two kio and one gold fantail, 3 apple snails and two bottom feeders. We would like to get a few more fish what would be best

How many gallons is the tank?
Koi are pond fish and dont do well in tanks. Also they need 250 gallons each.
The doubletail will do fine in a 10 gallon for a year or so. What are the bottom feeders?

How long have you had the tnk and how much and how frequently have you been doing water changes?
Which filter are you using and how often and how are you cleaning it?
In general, how much of the tank do you water change and how often. Also do you use a gravel vac and if not then how do you do water changes?
Are you using dechlorinator?
