is there any way to train a betta to hand feed?
whenever i feed him i dip my finger into the water twice before dropping in a few pellets at a time
eventualy i will start leaving my finger in the water as he feeds, using this method do you think he will eventualy be able to be hand fed?

me again. :hyper:

you can hold the food between your fingers and put them in the water and just wait for a few mins. your betta will eventually nibble the food from between your fingers :D

YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

cool,i will try it out later

first though i will be checking in the bush's outside my house, locking the windows then quickly get changed and go to the pub to meet my mates, changing taxi's 4 times on the way to make sure i am not followed lol

My first betta Strudel used to feed from my finger. I'd just damp it and stick a pellet on and hold it just above the water. After a while he'd jump higher to get it :good:

i held a blood worm in the tank and in seconds he snatched it from me :hyper:

will try with pellets 2morrow

yay

...and if you hold a little hoop above the water with the food dangling the other side, he will jump through the hoop to catch his food!!!

 Well, if he can play the banjo then he must be able to do that, surely?
