Halfmoon Bettas

Does anybody know what kind of places in the States that you can get Halfmoon tail Bettas? All I ever see at the LFS is the veil tail kind. The half moons are so beautiful and I want to get one!

Halfmoons can be hard to come by in stores, though people may get lucky once in awhile, lfs's carry mostly veils, crowntails and an occasional plakat. Your best bet for getting a halfmoon is to buy it online, try aquabid.com also many forums have fish for sale or adoption all the time, it mght be worth ur while to look around buy/sell/swap sections, or even though the betta sections. I know I saw a betta for sale topic on here, I'm pretty sure they had a halfmoon for sale. Hope I helped

you can always ask them if they can order one the best ive seen are deltas though, they are still awesome though

actually i was at one of the local fish stores around here (the best one in my opinion) and they had some! i didn't get one because i don't have a setup for it yet, and because they were about $15 (most bettas are only like $5...), but i still may get one someday! they had some really beautiful ones too...
