'lo there. I finally got my camera recharged last night, and took pix of all my tanks:

First up: La Casa Swirly - 75 gal - Artificial Plants - 1 Eastern Painted Turtle (unfortunately named Swirly), Feeder Guppies (This will change next spring.)

Homemade wet dry sump filter.

Angkor Wat - 55 gal - Planted - 12 Harlequins, 8 Cherry Barbs, 5 Striped Loaches, 5 Kuhli Loaches, 2 Bristlenosed Plecos (Migrant Labor), and a Pearl Gourami.

This is my livingroom tank. I let the algae have its slimy way with the back and sides, much to the benefit of my plecos.

The Amazon - 20 gal - Planted - 6 Glow Lights, 5 Black Neons, 4 Sterba's Corys, 1 Leopard Cory, 1 Bristlenosed Pleco, 1 Clown Pleco

My first planted tank.

Bottom Feeders - 20 gal - Planted - 12 Pygmy Corys, 6 Otos, 1 Bulldog Pleco. (Once this settles down, I am going to fill it out with some neons.)

My newest tank. Former turtle house. Eventually, all but the bulldog pleco will go to a 40 gallon flat back hex in Mrs. Hat's Classroom, and I'll come up with something else to do with this. Dwarf Honey Gouramis, maybe.

My Little Girl's tank - 10 gal - fake everything but fish - Fancy Guppys - 4 large, too many small (none in the picture)

She wanted Pink gravel. She's 6. (Her 4 year old sister wants me to do a 5 gallon planted tank for her. Maybe some day.)

And finally, my baby guppy grow tank - 10 gal, fake plant - lots of guppy fry.

Shot from the narrow end.

Two more tanks to set up this year, and maybe one more next year.

Awww. I love that you let her have a pink tank. :)

I am 32 and still want a fairtail type tank. I have a ten gallon that I want to do something mystical with fancy guppies.

My point?

We're girls. I don't think many of us ever grow out of it. :)

awww bless, cyber pink tank!!! I want one!!!

Awww, who can resist a girlie-girl tank??
I have to admit, when I started up my first betta sorority tank, it was pink, pink, pink and more pink!
Your tanks all look beautiful.

Thanks all for the kind words.

It takes 4 to 6 hours hours a week (plus daily feed and fidget) to maintain them.

Bigger picture of Angkor Wat.

Many thanks! :)

This is the best picture I have of Swirly just now:

That's at least 2 months old, and he is considerably larger now. I'll see if I can get some more current pictures today.
