Hi There,
My set up has been running quite happily for 18 months or so with no real problems,
usual algaue built up but under control. Its not heavily planted at the moment and
is only about 1.4wpg or so (70 us gal), but recently I have been getting hair algae?,
nothing has changed in the tank regular water changes as normal,so how do I get rid of it?.
I have been removing it myself and tried some anti-hair algae treatment that had no effect
whatsoever!, I have also just put some clear max in my Fluval 305 in the hope that this will
help but to early to tell at the moment!, so any advice on what to do would be great!

Many thanks,

Danny

Probably lack of plants and not a stable liquid fertiliser or CO2 regime.
