Hagen Life Glo Vs. Power Glo

Hi Guys

Yet again another post, I am going to buy a new lighting fixture and have to choose between these two tubes "6,700°K T-5 24W (LIFE GLO)" and "18,000°K T-5 (POWER GLO)".
They both claim to offer full midday lighting, should I get both and run them at the same time or run them at different times? My tank will have a few loaches, cichlids and catfish. I hope to eventually put a LED moon light in. I am going to plant basic plants hopefully low tech with eco complete substrate.

What should I choose?

That is the bulb set up i have in mine the power glo is a sort of purple light which brings out the the reds and blues in the fish nice and the life glo is a very bright white light, i have also tried aqua glo but theses are more purple than the power glo and made the tank very dark.
