is it possible for a guppy and swordtail to breed

i have i female guppy and a pair of swords. the femail sword just scools with my neons and the guppy and male sword never leave each other alone and now the guppy is really fat and has the gravid spot

any suggestions or comments welcome

I don't believe guppies and swordtails are in the same family. Guppies can store sperm from what I've heard. So that's probably why the female has become fat and gravid. Stored sperm!

As Vancouver said, they can store sperm, but not only guppies, I heard that any Live bearer can. i.e. Swordtails, mollies, platies...ect.
