Guppy's And Neon's Compatable?

In theory It will work. But just remember that Neons are nippers. So if your trying to keep very nice guppies, they might get chewed on a little  How about Mollies?

Well, Im a little leary about mollies, I havent kept them for over 10 years. Now, I do know alot more about fishkeeping now than 10 years ago but I never had good luck with mollies, they used to always die on me, I later heard that they need some salt or brackish water and I wondered if it was my inexperience at the time that killed them or a lack of brackish water. Still leary though because of my past track record with them, even if it is ancient history.

Yes it should be fine having guppies with neons, i havent had any problems yet with the neons 'nipping' the guppies tails.

Personality-wise, they should be fine. BUT... Guppies need hard water and neons need soft.

I've had issues with Neons and Guppies, namely the Guppy's tails being nipped. Perhaps go for some other kind of small Tetra, or Rasbora? What size tank are you looking at? I know it says 125g in your signature, but I'm hoping you aren't planning on putting any kind of small fish in there. :p

my neons were fine with the less coloured female guppies, but nipped the colourful males really badly. hope this helps
