Can i put the male and the female together when the female is pregnant wif some water plants and let the female just give birth without a breeder net of a livebearer trap. -_-
 
The babies would be able to hide but Im not sure if the adults would find them and or eat them.
 
Yes, you can. The male might start stressing her out a little, to get her to have the babies, so you'll have to watch that. Might want to have a few more females too. Then if you have floating plants, I think a lot of fry will survive.
 
If you are just putting one male with her while she is all alone this is a bad idea as the male will most definatly harrass her, you should have at least 2-3 females for every male you have as they will help spread out his attention better and so reduce the chances of him constantly picking on just the one female.
