Are female guppies always carring eggs, or is it only at certain times? If so can a female with eggs not be pregnenr?

Ya I have always wondered this. My female always seems pregant .

Like humans, fish should be carrying eggs at all times. Only when they are fertilized do you end up with fry.

they do develope eggs and store them to wait for a male, if no male ,they absorb the eggs and produce some new ones until they get fertilized.
