I have a 10 gal. tank with 2 mollies, 3 guppies, 1 african dwarf frog female that I inherited from my evil brother that is temperarily in a bowl, and another african dwarf frog in my tank. One of my pregnant guppies got popeye yesterday so I moved her to a hospital tank and looked in a book I have on fish and started the salt treatment. It REALLY REALLY helped!!
Now the inflamed eye is almost uninflamed but I want to know if anyone has anyone has any suggestions about it.

give it 1 to 2 grains of Aquarium salt per gallon untill itr goes away. Belive me this works, my Dalmation Mollys get it ALL the time
