Hi

One of my guppies appears to have lost a bit of his tail. He seems OK otherwise - should I be worried? Is there anything I can do?

Just add some stress coat and maybe melafix a little to speed up healing

Also find out where the nipper is and seperate them

It should repair itself unless it gets an infection which might halt the repair or worsen it. I had a platy with a torn fin and that healed over a week or so- You'll probably be okay but you need to find what nipped it.....

Might be the kribs- i think thats more likely- I have neons and that dont attack my endlers and they have LONG fins. Keep your eye on the kribs. Cant imagine the plec doing it but someone might say otherwise with some experience.....

Oh, OK! I'll keep an eye out. the Kribs dont seem to notice much except each other from what i have seen though, and the plec is always stuck to a shell or the tank...lol
