Guppy With Missing Tail And Fins

Overnight my one guppys tail and fins were nipped off by the other guppys in her tank. I have her separated in another tank now. I am just wondering what I can do to help her tail and fins heal?

clean water, also does she have fin rot.. to have her tail nipped off like that could be something else.
metaflex helps repairs fins and helps prevent infections.

I don't believe it to be fin rot, yesterday she was happily swimming around with all her fins and a full tail.
