guppy tail

so i got a pair of guppies and the male got his tail chewed by a goby. he is now in a guppy only tank. my question is, will his tail recover to what it once was?

Ofcourse it will but you have to do something too. I would add some melafix to stop any primary infections that could turn into fin rot and keep his water very clean. Just as long as you prevent infection, his tail will grow back as good as new.

I agree keep water in tip top condition and add some melafix and the tail should grow back.

also depends on how strong the fish is also some recover when other don't unfortuantley
