Guppy Swimming With Nose Up?

hey guys my female guppy is swimming at a very high angle, almost 60 degrees? anyone know what could be the problem?

recent changes to the tank:
Heavy plantation
added liquid fertilizer (it said it was fish safe etc etc)???

It sounds like swim bladder to me. Does she still eat If not, she probably wont make it

yes she does eat somewhat.... so i guess its not ammonia related problem then...

Just keep feeding her and see what happens, also, turn your filter on low flow, because the current will stress her out even more. I am sorry to say that she probably wont make it.
