Guppy Stocking Density

I'm new to the world of aquariums, and have been working to cycle my tank for going on five weeks now. I currently have four male guppys. I don't really want to add females at this time because I don't want the "what to do with all the babies" problem. How many male guppies can I have in a 10g tank?

If you keep up with water changes, I'd say you could keep eight in there without too much hassle.

Yeah, I have 8 SMALL guppies in my 10 gallon tank and they have plenty of room! They're nice and happy

Do you have both males & females or just a same sex tank?
