Guppy Still Sick

Last week I was worried about one of my male guppies who was just hangingaround at the top of the tank and not eating. He is now eating ok, and seems quite lively, but he is swimming very unsteadiliy, wobbling around all over the place. the lower part of his tail has becomequite dark in color, and his underbelly a little lighter. Thinkhe may have lost a little weight too.
Also Wilder asked me if he had clamped fins, I wasn't sure what she meant then but now I would say he does, he appears to be holding them close to his body.
Stats are (after 30% water change yesterday)

Any ideas??

He's not well.
Have you tryed a med, though it sounds to late now, once guppys get ill they go down hill fast.
I would try a bacterial med on him bless him.

Thanks. Will try asap. I didn't try before, because he really perked up last week, and looked fine, then went downhill again.
I'm still very confused though, although he doesn't look at all right, he's eating very well, and at the moment is trying to mate with the albino cory (thats his normal behaviour)

Guppys never seem to lose there sex drive even when ill.
