One of my guppies is spiraling and swimming around in rapid circles. Has been doing for hours now, and I think it's maybe in some trouble. It also doubles on itself and swims real slow then starts going mad in spirals... Any ideas?

Ammonia?
nitrite?
nitrate?
tank temp?
PH? (does it fluctuate)
tank size?
tank mates?

any other meds etc added?

does he appear bloated? or does he appear to have lost his balance?

All levels are fine, checked them when I first noticed, and it's just this guy. All levels were in the 'safe' zone on the bottle, with no exceptions or close ones.

It looks as if he's off balance, but then sometimes he swims normally, and all of a sudden goes 'crazy'. Maybe his fin is damaged?

what are the actual results

you should have 0 ammonia , 0 nitrite and under 40 nitrate

are yours like this

are you using a liuquid test kit? cos the strips ar near enough useless

what are the levels? because manufacturers dont know whats safe and what isnt post the stats please its important. are you using a liquid test? or paper strips?

tank size? temperature? anything added to the tank in the past month?

Ah yes I'm using the strips.

pH - 6.8
CL2 - 0
KH - 3
GH - 10ish
NO2 - 0
NO3 - 20
Temp - 22
Tank size - 50l approx.
Fish - 6 guppies, 4 neon tetras, 2 swordtails, 1 dwarf gourami and 1 tiny fish I'm not sure what it is but it's just a regular little fish, nothing exotic.

PS. I know I have too many fish, when I bought them the guy said it was ok, I recently found out he was wrong :p

I've been using AccuClear and EasyBalance

Just upped temp, ordering test kit now =]

Shall I put some Ammonia removal stuff in?

did you cycle the tank , how long has it been running?

you should do a 50% water change right away replacing the water with fresh dechlorinated tap water - near to the temp of the tank
When did you last do a water change or gravel vac

Been doing 20% a day for last week to clear up the last of a bacterial bloom and everything is ok now, just this one fish. I have to scoot off but I'll sort it all out when I'm home.

It wasn't cycled but the fish HAD to go in (long story). The bloom happened and when I'd sorted that out, I did the water changes to clear the water.

All the other fish are fine, but this little guy was really suffering. He couldn't breathe or swim straight and was getting bullied. Had to take him out and end his pain. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but he was in a bad way.
