Guppy Seems To Be Losing Scales

Hi,

I have a guppy whose tail is split and he seems to be losing a scale on his nose...there is something uneven...sticking up. This has happened before and he seemed to get better with Maracyn-2 & Maracyn....but it's back. I'm going to put him in the hospital tank and medicate him again, but am not sure what is wrong. Any ideas?

Oh, also, some of the other guppies chase him around...even seem to pick at him.

Mine did that peck at my guppie when I had them it can be a sign of parsites.
Check the gills to see if there pale with excess mucas, or red and inflamed.
Any signs of flicking and rubbing going off with your fish.
