So...this female is still extremely fat and now she looks like she's prolapsing. I can't stay up all night, so what chance do I have of saving the babies NOW and what chance would I have of saving them in the morning if she's already dead?

Any suggestions of how to ease her pain and help her give normal birth, or...?

well we will have to know the water stats. if she has just started prolapsing. they might be in labour

Somehow, amazingly, she's still alive. No babies, not looking any healthier, but still alive.

As may be known from Shadowlake's post, I set up a 10 gallon yesterday, so I moved all of the fish out of the 5 gal except her. I figured leaving her in there would A ) Not stress her too much and make matters worse and B ) keep the other fish from bothering her so she can be relaxed.

Many guppies do indeed get VERY fat when pregnant, in your case it is that she is very fat and about to give birth soon, it does not mean however that she could be overdue.

I never said she was overdue, however, considering she has been this exact size for over three weeks now (and I don't know how long before then), one may assume that she is close to delivering or is overdue. Have you seen my other post? She is huge. People think she looks big in the pics, but the pics don't even do her justice. She can't swim very well now. It's not bloat. She also was prolapsing, but now she doesn't look quite as bad. I don't know what to do with her, but she's alone in the tank. If she lives to see four weeks here, it'll be a miracle.

hallelujah? :p

Sorry mate, no idea, like I said, maybe half dose of a medication or a bit of a splash of cold water.
