i have also noticed it on 2 of my other females, but on their cheeks?

i think the one at the bottom and struggling to swim will be dead by tomorrow. any idea of how I could possibly save her?

please wb quickly

Do a partial water change to make sure your water quality is good. What is your water temperature? Do you have an air pump? Heavy breathing may be a sign of a lack of oxygen in the water.

i seperated her from the other fish and found that she was dead this morning... the tep is between 24-28
my pH is high: 8.5-9.0 *i know this is the wrong ph for guppies*

and i will be buying a air pump when i have the money.

If all of my fish die, then im going to start over again...
and set it up properly.

That pH is definitely high. Fish can adjust if you acclimate them properly, but I'd still see if you can find a way to buffer the pH down closer to at least 8. As far as the temperature goes, that is a huge range. In F, which I am used to, that is a 7 degree range. That kind of swing during a day isn't good for fish. Do you have a heater? Use a heater to center it in that range and you will be good. Even in warm summer months, you're going to want to stabilize the temperature with a heater as temperature swings can be great from night to day.

It is a high chance you have ammonia. (not you, your tank of fish) Red gills (red spots on the face) Are a first sign apparently, then the red splotch on her side is a second sign.
