Put her back now. She'll eat the babies otherwise.
You can't raise the fry in the container though. There's no oxygen, they'll get intoxicated with their own ammonia and ammonia from the food you'll feed them with.

Where are you going to keep them?
If can get a net breeder box and keep them in the same tank as the adults. Get some cheap floating plants to block the light and give them entertainment and feed them very finely crushed flakes for a start then see what else you can give them eventually. Flush with tank water the breeder net daily as they still get quite stagnant inside due to biofilm that will start growing.
