i have a batch of about 15-20 guppies that are about 7 weeks old. They started to take on colour about 2-3 weeks ago. Wierd thing is they all appear female. I've looked closely and i can't see any with a gonpodium (sp?).

Could there have been anything that I've done to influence what sex they are?

Any ideas?

Some say temperature affects the sex ratio, some say pH does. I say wait. Some males will develop later. Usually you have some indication of a few by now, but they may be slower growing. Don't worry about it, you'll most likely get some males appearing as they grow. :)

i think the temperature effects it as Annastasia said, i keep my fry in an unheated tank and rarely get males, might buy a heater and see for my self

my fry tank is kept at 26 degrees and they were in there for 4 weeks before i moved them into the larger fluval which is kept slightly cooler at 25 degrees. I might experiment a little and drop the temperature on my fry tank to 24 degrees for the next batch.
