okay so i just looked at my breeder tank and the temp was 71 its now going up do you think that will help her its only been 71 for about a day now but do you think it will help her cuz its been 34 days and still no fry i know they will come but how much longer its eating me alive i cant stop thinking about it ahhhh what should i do :X :blink: :(

ftx9,
What temp do you normally keep the tank? I've got my guppies at 78F. That really isn't the point but just wondering. Give her time, 20 plus babies takes some work.

well its been 34 days going on 35 so i kinda got the patience going buts its reaaaaaaaallllly hard lol if you know what i mean its my first ever fry its way to exciting lol well then ill be patient as i possibly can as for the temp its now at 78/79 so im okay but it will get 80 soon enough

Don't up the temp too fast, though.

Higher temps =>higher metabolic rates=>more activity=>more mating=>more fry.

It also lowers the gestation period, which means even more fry.

bne careful, though, b/c you'll have to provide accomodations.
