I just sold a batch of guppy/platy juvis, but decided to keep this one,i i haven't seen a yellow/black spotted tail on my travels around..

Is this just a common colour for a guppy?

This guppy is around 2 months old, pretty sure it will be a male, the others the same age i sold had gravid spots, this one hasn't..

Do you think it will stay this colour?

I had a similar fry that ended up like this

Looks like it's gonna be a halfblack AOC (Any other colour)
Cant just ID them at that age sorry but once mature post a pic and we can at least say what it look's like.

So cute, Betta5.

One of my guppies looked identical. Unfortunetly he got sick and now I've been trying to find a duplicate (found a few similar but the tank at the store had a fish with fungus, so still hunting away).

i have one! i had(r.i.p) an orange one too. although i have one fry like that and one fry with a bluish/blackish body and an orange tail with spots. congrats though! he is a beaut!

I think yours is female, it doesn't seem to have the gopi.

it's a male, just very young and the gonopodium has not yet developed.

Yes, definitely male. The body shape screams male despite the undeveloped gonopodium.
