Guppy Has Gven Birth

I now have 8 babies in a seperate tank.
But the mum still looks very fat and her gravid spot is still very black. She gave birth on wednesday, do you think she still has some more to give birth to? Or could there be something wrong with her?

I know some fish can give birth over a few days. I kept finding a few fry from my Platy even a week after. I'm not sure if that was because I never found them or she continued to give birth. Being livebearers as well, I assume guppies can do the same thing.

I can only tell you about guppies.
After the birth we have noticed one or two new babies a few days after in the main tank. Whether these were born before we put her in the breeding tank or after we can't be sure. We have noticed that our guppies seem to have a permanant gravid spot, we presume these are the next batch cause there are tiny little spots. Our 1st guppy that gave birth lost her belly after the first batch, still had gravid spot and gave birth again 3 weeks and 2 days later.
Keep a record of which fish gave birth and then you can keep an eye on the time between births, it also helps you to know when they could be due next.
