Hello there, Im new to this forum.

Im just very very curious. My guppy's gravid spot has been turning black and pink. It has been like this for about 3 days. I dont see any fries anywhere in my tank other than the one already there. It's very unusual, and now, the black color is coming back! what can this mean?

Depends on the colour of the guppy, some have a pink gravid spot, some have a black.

Both my girls have very black ones at the moment and they look like they are about to explode at any minute with fry.

I dont know why it would be changing colours, hopefully someone else will be able to help you.

Is she looking pregnant with a swollen belly?

Is she showing any signs of labour like going into a corner and just sitting there?

well, the gravid spot turns pink, then at night time, the pink spot would begin to have black dots. I just got home from school, and i found 10 fry! one is deformed, but still alive. what should i do with it? its upside down and has what looks like a stomach, coming out of it. i have no clue which of the 2 females the fry came from. they both look normal since i saw them this morning, but one of the females, her belly is becoming very very flat at the bottom.

Depending on the lighting, gravid spots can seem to appear and disappear. If one of the fry is deformed it may or may not survive. If the fry are separated, I would try giving it a fighting chance. If not, it will probably be a survival of the fittest scenario and it will be eaten.
