Guppy=gravid Spot, Semi Fat|last Night,now..no Fry+no Gravid Spot

i see not one fry in my tank,
and no bodies either.
my female guppy had the grravid spot and everything..
but this morning now she's normal again
she was harassesd by mostly one other guppy
/not badly...but chased once in a while
did she abort her pregnancy..?

Hi,
its possable she did abort esp if she was hassled towards the end of the pregnancy,
or the fry born were just eaten, have you got the 2-3 females per male needed to prevent the stress towards the females? when she looks about ready in roughly 4 weeks add some floating live plants the fry tend to be in this after they are born then you can scoop them in to a breeder net, also make sure there is places for the mums to hide, good luck Donna

If you move the mum close to giving birth, this can cause the to drop the fry early, but if left alone theye usualy fine.

Looking at your list of fish there's little that would eat the fry other than other guppies.

So this is a little mistery, but I'm sure soon you'll have loads of guppies

You know what I find? If my guppy has a dark gravid spot and she poos a lot, it becomes very light and "empty." Has she pooped a lot? XD

well it's 5males 3females [i know it's horrible..but they won't exchange them unless if they die ect.]
and only 1 was harassing that one
and 1 different male harassed the other one a LITTLE..
so i don't know...and also the gravid spot has come back now not quite darker
but quite dark..
maybe she just pooed a few....and my cory or pleco hte them...?
and now she's going to have the rest maybe?
or did she abort it half?

Not so much of a mystery to me- I've had guppies that were consummate fry hunters, deliberately prowling the plants looking for more.

well i juts looked this morning and she did it again...at night her butt is like a gravid spot
but in the morning it's more of a super faded red/orange spot..it's strage =/
