if theres a black moscow female and a red mosaic dumbo male, will their offspring be dumbo or no

Not all of them. If you want them all to be dumbo get a dumbo female. I think the dumbo gene is a recessive gene, and the reason some fish have it is selective breeding. If you want the best success then get two guppies with similar gene code and same type. Also mixing the different strains may give you some interesting and cool guppies. It really depends on what you are trying to achieve

the female has a hint of black on her fins too...
