The baby I found has a huge stomach sticking out. It is sort of clear, and I see a bit of red inside the stomach. It is stuck out, and I don't konw what is wrong with it. It doesn't look too good. Anyone konw what's wrong with the baby? I really want to try and save it.

A huge stomach? Are you sure it's not the egg sack still attached? If it isn't...I would wait a while, and see what happens, as it may be a fry deformity, and it may straighten out. There isn't much you can do right now.

It might be an egg sack, but I can see a heartbeat in the red. It looks like a vein, and it's been alive for a couple hours now. I don't know how long it can last.

He is sinking so I put him inside a cup. He will sink to the bottom, unless he is swimming. What should I do? Try and cut off the sack, but what if it is part of him?

As anna said leave it be, also, sinking is a common thing with fry, they simply are tired and want to rest on the bottom of the tank

Well it's been a day, and he is still alive. I found two more fry with the same condition, but now they don't sink anymore. They are eating, and hopefully, the sack will fade off or something. I'm leaving for Panama tomorrow, so I'll be leaving work to my sister, she will keep me updated via email. Hopefully, she does a good job at caring for them while I am gone for 10 days.

i think he is a ''belly crawler'' i think thats what there called when i breed guppies if it is a large batch of fry quite a few of them have the same problem, and most of them died, but a couple of them after a week or so it starts to dissapear, good luck with them anyway

Well, there are only three fry, and they all have this problem. I'm going to google "Belly Crawler" to see if I find anything.
