I have some 4 day old fry and I have some questions: (10 gallon (w/ heater and filter) tank 2 platies 4 guppies and there are 20 babies)

1. When will they be old enough to swim with the adults (guppies and platies) and also not be sucked up by the filter?
2. When can I start feeding them the larger flakes and stop feeding them multiple times a day?
3. How many times a day should I feed them?
4. When will they start getting their colors?
5. I have the in a breeder trap for the moment and I'm cycling a tank for them. It is 2.5 gallons but it only has an air stone filter and no heater. I could always move the adult heater in there because my 10 gallon does not need it as much. Will the babies be ok with just an airstone? And the airstone is pretty powerful, will that hurt them?
6. When should I start sexing them and separating the genders?
7. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? This is my first drop!
8. Also if anyone has any helpful links or could give me a list of fry stages that would help me!

This fish is beautiful. I had a snake skin one but he died in a tank cycling catastophy. :( Luckily my tank has been holding a steady 0 for ammonia just in time for babies although their smaller tank wont be ready for another week or two. :) thanks for the amazing answers!
