guppy fry and tetras?

i have 13, 3 week old guppy fry... can i put them in my comunity tank with a school of neon tetras? all the other fish are ok to mix with fry i beleve... 1 otto 10 neon tets, and 7 gupps.

EDIT: the fry are all about 1/4 to 1/2 inch long.
